We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, labor disputes, or government actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For existing service agreements, changes to Terms will not apply retroactively unless required by law.
